Private Clubs requesting to be considered for the 2026-2027 Election Ballot for the Platinum Clubs of the World, Asia-Pacific and Europe & Middle East, must apply with this form. This form allows General Managers, COOs, CEOs, Secretaries, Commodores, Presidents and Owners to make recommendations to include additional Clubs on the Final Election Ballot.
