Private Clubs requesting to be added to the Ballot for the 2025 Platinum Clubs of the World, Platinum Clubs of Asia-Pacific and Platinum Clubs of Europe Middle East elections must apply with this form. The Club Recommendation Form allows Club Leadership and Presidents/Owners to petition to be included on the Ballot.
